We are pleased to advise members that an update has been made to the Member Portal, allowing members to record their expenditure during their travels and identify volunteer opportunities around the country. Under Member Services, there is a new menu option titled My Expenditure. Here members can record their spending by creating new expenses and make edits to existing entries. We will also collect this data to identify the positive impact RV travellers have on the communities they visit. We present this broad data to councils and other stakeholders when representing RV travellers. At the moment this feature is only available in the Member Portal; however, we will advise members when it becomes available in the CMCA Connect app. Additionally, we have also released a volunteer website which can be access via our website and the Member Portal. Communities, organisations and charities across the country are always looking for people to assist them, and CMCA members are always on the lookout for various opportunities to offer up their knowledge and expertise to help people and communities in need. Volunteers make a great contribution to society in every town and community. This platform has been developed to support those members looking to give to back and assist those communities, organisations and charities who are looking to fill volunteer vacancies.
