I would like to remind all eligible members that they have the opportunity to cast their voting preferences on the four motions to be deliberated at this year’s Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Monday 17 October at the 35^th National Rally in Bingara, NSW.

Direct and Proxy voting forms are available on the CMCA website at https://benefits.cmca.net.au//Content/agm. All voting papers are to arrive no later than 5pm on Tuesday 11 October 2022 via email at richardbarwick@cmca.net.au or post to NHQ. If you require a hard copy of the Annual Report and voting forms to be sent out, please contact the office during business hours.

I would also like to advise members that due to the gazetted public holiday on Thursday 22 September, the National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty the Queen, NHQ will remain closed.
