As members have been advised previously, we will be holding our 22^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) as part of the 35^th National Rally at the Bingara Showground (Bingara, NSW) on Monday 17 October. The meeting will commence at 9am, with registration taking place from 8am. The meeting will be held in the main marquee.

As per clause 22.5 of the CMCA Constitution, all motions and business for the AGM are required to be placed in writing addressed to the Company Secretary and must be received by 12 noon on Friday 29 July 2022. The official meeting notice, inclusive of the agenda, will be distributed later. Please stay tuned to our social media, e-newsletters, website and The Wanderer for updates.
