On Thursday an email was distributed from NHQ to remind members about the upcoming 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is to be held Monday 23 September 2024 at Mount Gambier Showgrounds as part of the 37th National Rally. The Notice of Meeting and Agenda along with Direct and Proxy voting forms are available online HERE. I can advise that the Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2024 will also be available online in coming weeks. Any member who does not have a valid email address listed on their membership will receive a hardcopy of the document via post. Please check you have updated your email address and/or postal address to ensure you receive this document. Any member who wishes to have a hardcopy of the report forwarded to them can have this done by contacting staff at NHQ.

With just seven weeks to go until the National Rally in Mount Gambier, we have over 615 registrations, which is equivalent to approximately 1000 members attending. Nearly 30% of registrations are First Timers, which is very pleasing. The Rally Programme is currently being finalised and will be available online in coming weeks. Members will receive also a hard copy at the rally. In the meantime, rally updates and information are available on the Rally Information webpage HERE.
