I would like to take this opportunity to advise members that NHQ will close for the Christmas and New Year period from 5pm Thursday 23 December and reopen at 8.40am Tuesday 4 January 2022. Due to the closure, no access to the dump point here at NHQ will be available. If your membership is due for renewal over this period, you may contact the office prior to its closure or renew online via the Member Portal. KT Insurance (formerly known as Ken Tame & Associates or KTA) will only be closed on the public holidays and will be available on 1800 582 582.

We are working very hard trying to retain our valuable members. We initially send an email reminder two weeks prior to your renewal date, followed by a text message on your renewal date. Our staff will then send an email/letter reminder if your membership has not yet been renewed. We try to ensure that you don’t miss the opportunity to renew your membership and access all the many member benefits we have to offer.

We’re nearing the end of our renewal promotion where all renewals made on time go into the draw to win a $50 fuel voucher. Anyone who renews (yes, you can renew early) will go into the draw as long as you renew before or on your expiry date.
