As it’s the end of the financial year, please be reminded that our annual membership fees increase from today. This is the first increase in membership fees since 2000, which was the implementation of GST. Prior to that was 1998, which was the last actual rise in fees determined by the Club. That really is an amazing effort to sustain financial models for so long.
1 July 2023 sees the launch of a new Roadside Assistance product with CMCA’s new preferred supplier - 24/7 Roadservices Australia. This service offers a wider range of coverage for most member vehicles. All information about the bespoke CMCA offering and terms and conditions is published at https://benefits.cmca.net.au/Content/roadside/. Members will note that the CMCA phone line for 24/7 Roadservices will not be activated for approximately 7 – 10 days. The number will be 1300 2622 00 (1300 CMCA 00). In the meantime, members can call the general phone line on 1300 550 279 and quote their CMCA membership number. Their office will be open today (Saturday) from 8am – 3pm AEST, please view their operating hours - https://www.247roadservices.com.au/contact-us/. The emergency breakdown number will be 1800 088 616. Always read the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
Those members who are covered under Allianz Partners roadside assistance membership will still maintain their service through that agency until their policy expires. I would like to thank them for their service to the members over the past three years.
