I would like to advise members that under clause 22.4 of the CMCA Constitution, any member wishing to bring business before the next Annual General Meeting (to be held Monday 9 October 2018) are to give notice of that business in writing. Written notice should be forwarded to NHQ via post, facsimile or email. Please attention your correspondence to the Company Secretary and ensure it is received no later than 12 noon Friday 27 July 2018. All information pertaining to the AGM, Financial Report and business will be circulated as an insert with the September edition of The Wanderer. We will also publish these documents online once the September edition has been distributed.
