As we approach the half way mark of the year, I would like to remind members that we are just over four months out from the Club’s 34th National Rally. The rally will be held in Elmore, Victoria, at the Elmore Field Day Site, approximately 40 kilometres from Bendigo and Echuca. The rally site has an abundance of power available, and water will also be available on site - pumped from the river. The site is located 3 kilometres from town, so we will be providing buses to both town and Rochester during the rally (on the main days). Our 19th AGM will be held at 9am on Monday 21st October in the Main Entertainment Pavilion. Registration will be open from 8am. Under Clause 22.4 of our constitution, members wishing to bring business before the AGM are to give notice of that business in writing. Written notice should be forwarded to myself, as company secretary, at richardbarwick@cmca.net.au or to PO Box 254 HRMC NSW 2310. All business must be received no later than 12noon Friday 26 July 2019.
