With approximately three weeks until the 34th National Rally in Elmore, Victoria, I would like to advise members that early bird registrations have been extended and now will close on Friday 4 October. There are plenty of powered sites still available. The Rally Guide will be available online prior to the event, and this will give members the opportunity to research the wonderful activities, seminars and tours that will be available. I have received several enquiries from members seeking future dates of our rallies, particularly the 35th National Rally next year. I would like to announce that Gympie, Queensland will play host to next year’s event. The rally will take place late September/early October and will be held at the Gympie Showgrounds. I would like to point out that the contract is still under negotiation, and it is expected to be finalised within the near future; we will release further details then and when registration is expected to open for the event.
