As published in the CEO’s Notes in July’s edition of The Wanderer and previous CEO weekly messages, members wishing to bring business before the next Annual General Meeting are to give notice of the business in writing (as per Clause 22.5 of the constitution). Written notice should be forwarded to NHQ, marked for the attention of the company secretary, and this is to arrive no later than 12 noon on Friday 26 July 2019. As company secretary, members can forward their business to myself at richardbarwick@cmca.net.au or via post to Po Box 254, HRMC, NSW 2310. The Club’s Nineteenth Annual General Meeting will take place at 9am on Monday 21 October 2019 in the Main Entertainment Pavilion at the 34th National Rally in Elmore, Vic.
