Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a good start on our roads in 2024, with numerous accidents resulting in injuries and fatalities. This proves that being safe and respectful on our roads is a must. We will be continuing our RV road safety education and awareness project, rvSafe, which is really gaining strong traction. I encourage all members to have a look at the rvSafe website, which is rvsafe.com.au. This site is filled with all the resources you need to ensure every RV trip is a safe one. Information includes an extensive range of articles coupled with videos and podcast episodes covering important safety topics. Shortly we will be ramping up the promotion of rvSafe by launching a powerful campaign, Are You RV Fit?, which will feature many forms of media including television. We are in the process of securing corporate support from major industry players towards this campaign as RV road safety is a priority for everyone.
