As we enter the final month of 2023, I would like to advise members of a few important things coming up.

This coming Monday, we will be performing an update to our IT hardware at NHQ. This will commence early Monday morning and may or may not be completed by the time our office opens at 8.40am. In the off chance that these updates incur some technical difficulties, we expect only minimal disruptions to our system.

In the early part of 2024, we will be commencing on a full redevelopment of our website with the aim to make it more interactive and user friendly. As we bring on new initiatives in this environment, we need to ensure the system can handle the additional requirements. Enhancing our website and making the access of our resources easier for members is becoming a huge priority for the Club.

Finally, I would like to give notice that NHQ will be closed from 12 noon (AEDT) on Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen at 8.40am (AEDT) on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Members will still be able to access all member services online via the CMCA website and in the CMCA Connect app during this time. I can also advise that KT Insurance will be closed for the public holidays only over this period.
