Although NSW is in lockdown and the NHQ office is closed to visitors, I would like to remind members that our staff are still available to assist with membership enquiries by phone and email. All staff are safe and well and working effectively from home, as required by the NSW Government. You should not notice any difference in the service we are offering to members.

I would also like to touch base on one of the new initiatives Ken Tame and Associates is rolling out after being purchased by new owners. They now have their own Facebook site where members can communicate praise and/or concerns directly to their team. These will be answered directly by key personnel. They are welcoming direct feedback from members, and the follow up will be prompt and professional. The page can be found by searching Ken Tame and Associates on Facebook. I believe that this will save much of the debate that appears from time to time on CMCA Members Connect. However, if you fail to reach your anticipated conclusion, I am always happy to take the matter higher if required.
