We would like to acknowledge that the October edition of The Wanderer incorrectly advises that Roadside Assist is now available for purchase. Due to preparing this publication 6 weeks in advance and having signed the final agreement early this month, it was expected that the product would now be available for purchase. We would like to again apologise for the significant delays in IT development, and we hope that the new provider will have their IT platform completed as soon as possible. Once the IT development is complete, we will advise members across all communication channels. Any member who has left their contact details with NHQ regarding Roadside Assist will be contacted directly by our staff once the product is available.
