I would like to advise members that the Club will be using hard copy and electronic communication in its voting process for this year’s Board Election. Eligible members who have an email address listed on their membership will receive an email that includes a link to online ballot papers. Two authentication questions will need to be answered before being able to access the voting page. The returning officer will receive votes instantaneously once they have been submitted online. If you are eligible to vote and do not have an email address, your ballot papers will be posted to your last known postal address. If you receive a hard copy of The Wanderer, ballot papers will be distributed as an insert with the magazine. If you no longer receive a hard copy of the magazine, ballot papers will be distributed separately. If you have an email address listed on your membership and would still like to receive hard copy ballot papers, please contact the returning officer to have them posted out to you. The returning officer for this election is Michelle Wilson, and she be contacted via email at elections.cmca@gmail.com. Please forward all election related enquiries through to the returning officer. We will release further information in regard to calling for nominations and voting time frames in coming months.
