As we recognise National Volunteers Week, I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank all the dedicated volunteers that assist our club in so many ways. Without the help from these wonderful members, the club would not be able to provide as many member benefits that it does. Our members volunteer in a range of areas including the Board of Directors, State Representatives, National Member Services Team, media research, GeoWiki X, forum moderation, CMCA RV Park Custodians and supporters, Chapter and Special Interest Groups, National Rallies, State Rallies, and other events. On behalf of the membership, thank you to all those who assist towards the betterment of the club.

Speaking of the club, we will be holding the company’s 24^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 9:00am on Monday 23 September at the 37^th National Rally at the Mount Gambier Showgrounds, (SA). Under clause 22.4 of the club’s Constitution, any member wishing to bring business before the AGM must provide notice in writing prior to 12 noon on Friday 5 July. This must be addressed to myself, as Company Secretary, and can be submitted by post or email.
