Our rvSafe project continues to receive a fantastic response as we focus on promoting RV road safety education. We continue to work hard on this project behind the scenes and are excited about rolling out an exciting new campaign, ARE YOU RV FIT?, in coming months.

One of the most pleasing aspects of this project is the overwhelming involvement we have received from the industry. With its support, our education program is being driven directly to consumers. We believe that RV road safety education starts at an RV’s point of sale, especially about weight capacity, towing and speed; and manufacturers and dealers are doing a great job of spreading awareness.

A towing course is an excellent way to gain confidence and experience in towing a caravan, and weighbridges and companies are available to weigh your motorhome or caravan to ensure it is compliant on our roads. There’s a lot that can be done to ensure you drive and tow safely.
