As we continue to grow the CMCA RV Park network, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the many members who have assisted the Club by volunteering as a custodian. These members do a fantastic job across our parks; however, we are now looking to share the load of duties and have different members’ volunteer. We have received a lot of feedback recently where members have expressed NHQ appoint the same custodians year after year at the same parks. While we acknowledge this is sometimes the case, it is also a matter of those volunteers putting their hands up. As such, we will be undertaking significant changes which will give more members the chance to volunteer at the busier and more popular parks. Remember, the CMCA RV Parks are there for everyone to enjoy; however, they all have rules that must be adhered to – which I make no apologies for. 

If you have not yet volunteered or you have only volunteered at a quieter park and are looking to have a go at a busier park, please reach out to Emily King at emilyking@cmca.au. 

Thank you to the members who have already expressed an interest in being a custodian at Island Park Caravan Park, Casterton, Vic when CMCA undertakes management in the coming weeks.
