I would like to remind members that the eighteenth Annual General Meeting for the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Limited will take place at the 33rd National Rally in Gunnedah, NSW. The meeting will commence at 9am at Gunnedah Showgrounds, with registrations for those members eligible to vote commencing at 8am, prior to the meeting. If you require a copy of the Notice of Meeting and Agenda and Financial Report, these documents can be downloaded from our website under Club Information, AGM. If you are not able to attend the AGM and would still like to vote, Direct and Proxy Voting Forms are also available for download. You can also request these documents from NHQ by emailing enquiries@cmca.net.au or calling 02 4978 8788. All voting forms are to be forwarded to myself, as Company Secretary, and received no later than 5pm, Wednesday 3 October 2018. Votes can be posted by mail, emailed or hand delivered.

Please note that Motion 4 has been withdrawn by the proposer and will not be considered at this Annual General Meeting.
