The week commencing Sunday 1 September 2019, we will release the Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the Company’s Nineteenth Annual General Meeting, which includes motions and explanations, as well as direct and proxy voting forms, and the 2019 Annual Report.

The Club’s AGM will take place the month following, on Monday 21 October 2019 at the CMCA 34th National Rally in Elmore, Victoria.

Members with an electronic address will receive email correspondence from NHQ, which will include these documents. Members who do not have an electronic address will receive these documents via post, forwarded either as an insert with September’s edition of The Wanderer or separately to their last known postal address.

All documents, including direct and proxy voting forms, will also be accessible via the CMCA website. Voting forms will be available as an interactive PDF document. Eligible members can print, complete and return forms via email or post, or they can complete them online via Adobe Reader and email them to the company secretary. Voting forms can be returned via email to richardbarwick@cmca.net.au or post to CMCA, PO Box 254, HRMC, NSW 2310. All electronic and hard copy votes must be received by the company secretary by 5pm on Wednesday 16 October 2019.
