I previously advised the membership that the Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the Club’s 20th Annual General Meeting and Financial Report for the Year Ended 30 June 2020 is now available online on our website HERE. Further to this advice, an email containing these documents and website links was sent to all members who have an email address listed on their membership. Those members who do not have an email address, will receive a hard copy either with their September edition of The Wanderer or separately to their postal address. Any member who would like a hard copy can request one from NHQ on 02 4978 8788. 

As members are aware, the AGM will be held in Bundaberg on Wednesday 30 September and we require 200 ordinary members to attend in person to meet the criteria as per our constitution. I can advise, approximately four weeks out from the date of the AGM, that we have secured the required number. However, more members are welcome to attend and we encourage anyone available to come along. This is a very pleasing result, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank those members who have pre-registered their attendance. If you are unable to attend, you can email your apology through to Sue Murray at suzannemurray@cmca.net.au and it will be tabled.
